Extended abstract submission: November 30th 2014 December 19th 2014.

Notification of extended abstract acceptance: January 15th 2015.

Full paper submission: March 1th 2015. March 8th 2015.

Notification of final paper acceptance: April 15th 2015.

Early registration: April 30th 2015. May 10th 2015.

Final paper submission: May 1th 2015. May 5th 2015.

full price: 500 EUR / 750 EUR

reduced: 250 EUR / 400 EUR

If you would like to attend the conference, please register on the conference website and download the data request form. After filling in with you data you should send back the form to the conference e-mail address (mt-its2015 (at) mail.bme.hu)

Please, do NOT transfer anything before you have received the payment request!!!

Would you like to pay in Hungarian Forints, please contact the conference organisation.

The conference fee includes: conference attendance, coffee breaks, lunches, evening events and proceedings in electronic format. Participants coming from Universities, SME and public authorities as well as members of the committees are eligible for reduced fees.
